Cash payments and personal checks are NOT accepted at this time.

Money orders, cashier's checks or online payments through the tenant portal are accepted. 

Please have rent payments made on the 1st of each month.

Payments made after the 5th of each month are considered late and will incur a $100 late fee charge being applied to your account.
